Clarvi ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

Information We Do Not Collect

Clarvi does not collect, store, or transmit personal information for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes. We do not:

• Require user registration or account creation
• Collect names, email addresses, or any identifying information
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or other device data
• Use advertising or tracking services
• Share data with third parties for advertising or marketing
• Create user profiles for personalized advertising

Crash and Diagnostics Data

To ensure app stability and improve user experience, Clarvi currently uses Sentry to collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the app encounters errors. This information may include:

• Device information (model, operating system version)
• App version and build number
• Error logs and stack traces
• Environment flags (such as preview/production)

This data is collected solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs, and is not used for advertising, tracking, or user profiling. We use third-party crash reporting services (Sentry) to process this data, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing crash reporting services to us.

Note: We do not use crash/error diagnostics data for advertising, personalized marketing, or selling to third parties.

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device using AsyncStorage:

• Session logs: Records of completed breathing sessions (timestamp, duration, outcome)
• App settings: Your preferences for sounds, haptics, and display options

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear reset history" option in Settings.

Third-Party Services

Clarvi currently uses crash reporting services (Sentry) solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs. These services are contractually prohibited from using crash data for advertising, tracking, or any purpose other than providing crash reporting services to us.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or user tracking services. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies for advertising or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children because we do not collect information from anyone.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
